I was in a custody fight for my 2 children. After a year and a half with my first lawyer and thousands of dollars spent I was nowhere. I found David and after my first meeting with him I felt very confident with him on my case. He was very honest with me telling me that my case would not be easy b...eing a father fighting for custody. From the beginning he took charge and I was extremely pleased with the way he handled my case. If you think any lawyer has the time to be at your beckon call you have never dealt with lawyers. They have a ton of cases and are very busy. David always responded to my emails and questions and took the time to keep me informed. After a long case and a lot of frustration with the court system, David worked very hard to win me custody of my children. He is well worth every penny I spent on him. I would highly recommend David to anybody who is looking for a lawyer. David is a lawyer who knows what he is doing and won't waste your money.

David has represented me for almost 5 years in post-decree divorce matters, and we have faced just about every allegation you can imagine involving Child Support, Custody & Visitation. I have been divorced for almost 10 years and have 3 minor children. Over the years I have had several different at...torneys and have found David to be the best! He is extremely smart and efficient and he knows the law and can think on his feet. He has great relationships with the people you need on your side and is definitely respected by the Judges. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has issues in Family Court. He is fair, honest, capable and knows how to get things done. He isn't the cheapest solution available but he's not the most expensive either - you definitely get a good bang for your buck. His support staff is also very capable and smart which makes a bigger difference than you might realize. I don't know how I would have gotten through the last 5 years without David. He really is a trusted adviser and the peace of mind from knowing that you're in good hands and that he will be there when you really need him is invaluable!

Four years for only a parenting agreement?!?! No divorce. No child support issues. Just a parenting agreement! He does not return calls/emails promptly. Total fees were over $10k, but no results! He fired me as a client without notice. Is that legal?! I hired another attorney who got it done in l...ess than six months and for about 1/10 of the cost! If you have no clout in Lake Co., RUN!

Honestly this is by far the most pathetic representation available. At the initial consultation he seemed very confident and very straight forward. He did not seem to have any holes in his presentation. He charged me a very low fee, but honestly I would have rathered invested a little more pocket cha...nge and actually go with someone that was representing me correctly. My case was to modify visitation, and get unpaid child support. Well let me tell you David never showed up. He sent in his assistant Fianna I think her name was and at the end my exs lawyer was telling her how to fill out the paperwork. I was the one arguing with my exs lawyer and negotiating. She was pathetic! Just a WASTE of time and money. I will never recommend David Del Re to anyone. After I was sooo upset at the results I made it my goal to post reviews anywhere and everywhere of Mr. Del Re's pathetic representation as well as his helpless asisstant Fianna, so that no one would waste their time and look elsewhere. Oh and final results were that my ex who never picked up my son on visitation got more time and he was 2500.00 behind on child support got ordered to pay an additional 20.00 a week. This was a month ago. I have still yet to receive the first Child Support Check. Child support was put in place July 2012. Have not received a dime. Visitation my ex has picked him up 1 out of 10 times. DO NOT GO WITH DAVID DEL RE!!
