I hired Stavir for reckless speeding, going 101 on a 70. I was really nervous and very scared at first and at the end the whole charge was thrown out and case was dismissed. Nothing went on my record. Not only the case was gone but also Stavri guided me every step of the process and made sure I under...stood everything. He is Very professional and understanding. Reasonable fees and definitely money worth the spending. Would hire him for any law related case.

After a family member received two separate unrelated tickets in a short period of time (speeding and failure to yield), I was concerned what it would do to a newer driver's driving privileges. I was referred to Stavri by a friend. After consulting with him about our situation that would include cour...t appearances in both a Lake County Court as well as a Cook County Court, we decided to hire him. Although his fees were not inexpensive, they were reasonable and expected. Stavri was knowledgable about what would happen and explained how things would go. He is also knowledgable about the various judges and prosecutors, which helped. Bottom line, both tickets were dismissed. The failure to yield was likely the easier one, as with no witness those are typically dismissed. However the speeding was more difficult. Ultimately that was dismissed due to no witness (police officer who issued the ticket), however going up against a prosecutor who tried to bully us into a guilty plea and who wasn't forthright about the officer not actually being present, Stavri stood his ground as he understood the law. Had we not been represented by Stavri, we likely would have been intimidated by the prosecutor's improper tactics and caved to his demands leaving the ticket to stand. We learned a lot from Stavri and he was a good teacher for the younger driver. I don't regret hiring Stavri at all. Going to court requires a professional who knows the law - Stavri would be a good choice for anyone and I would recommend him.

The City of Chicago was trying to make me pay for tickets that were not mine just because our name was the same. It was such a stressful situation trying to prove i wasn't that person.
