I had successfully (or so I ignorantly thought) ignored an old credit card debt for nearly four years while telling myself "Heck, half a dozen different collection agencies have been sending me letters and threatening me with lawsuits for YEARS, I don't own much and can't possibly pay them back...th...ey'll never actually sue." I had honestly tricked myself into believing that right up until the afternoon a guy rang my doorbell and served me court papers informing me that I was being sued. One of the reasons I had never done anything about it was because I didn't know where to go or who to turn to. Do yourself a huge favor, call Zeshan before you reach that point. Zeshan personally responded to my call within a few hours. He asked a few questions then offered to set up a face to face meeting. By that point of course I knew that I had made big financial and legal mistakes...but he never once brought up what I SHOULD have done . That was a big deal for me, I know I screwed up. He brushed off my previous mistakes to focus on my current situation and how he could help. His fee to negotiate with a creditor was extremely reasonable for the amount of debt I was in. In the end he was able to negotiate a settlement that was a 1/3 of the creditors initial settlement offer. I'm sure your mileage will vary based on your situation, but I firmly believe that there's no way they would have accepted the same offer from me without Zeshan's representation.

I've never needed a lawyer before, it's not a good feeling having to scroll through the yellow pages to find one either.. I was lucky enough though to have Mr. Usman referred to me by a friend, and I couldn't believe how easy he made having to file bankruptcy.
