The best defense

About 2 years ago I was arrested for a third 0WI. I talked to a hand full of lawyers before I talked to Tony. After talking with Tony I hired him. He was aggressive and straight to the point, he listened to my story and immediately started raising flags. He thought of every angle and started prod...ucing a defense on the spot. I knew right away that Tony had a lot of heart and that he would fight for me. During this process I kept making things worse. I'm an alcoholic that couldn't stay sober. I racked up many bailjumpings. Tony was very understanding and actually became a caring friend. He got all of my bailjumpings dropped and I received a better sentence than I was expecting. I could tell that he was well respected and liked by my judge who even complimented him on his style. Whenever I was with Tony I witnessed many fellow attorneys wanting to socialize with him. I could tell that they admired him. My troubles did not stop after my third. A few months later I was arrested for a fourth OWI, driving without a license, and running from the police. I was held in Waukesha County Jail on a 10,000 dollar bail. At first I did not think I could afford an Attorney so I spoke with a Public Defender. My arrest was after the new OWI laws passed so a fourth in five years was now a felony. The Public defender told me to expect eighteen months in prison. He said the District Attorney was recommending prison time for all cases like mine. I could not accept this. I immediately had my father call Tony and tell him the scenario. The next day which happened to be a Sunday Tony came to visit me. Him coming on a Sunday proved to me how just how dedicated and caring he is. After our talk I felt a lot better. He found different angles we could work with. Tony was able to convince the judge to let me stay in the Huber facility while I was still on bail until the case was concluded. I was able to work full time instead of wasting time in county. I didn't even have to pay Huber fee's while I was on there on bail. Tony spent many hours on my case. He kept me informed during the whole process. Whenever I called him and he didn't answer he returned my call the same day. The minimum sentence for my crime is six months, the maximum six years. My case was by no means a minimum case. I blew .2. I was chased by the police, they had search teams looking for me with dogs. Miraculously Tony got the D.A to offer me the minimum six months, with one year probation. With the six months I would also receive good time. Being allowed good time is extremely rare with probation cases. I figure my offer was so good because the D.A. was scared to go to trial against Tony. He also kept pushing them until I was happy with the offer. I took the deal and wound up serving a total of four and a half months with probation. I was in shock with the result. If I would of took the Public Defender I would be in prison right now, instead I'm typing this review at home. I can't put into words how happy I am with Tony. He saved a year of my life! He's the best and he's only going to get better. He's the Rocky Balboa of Attorneys. He's got the eye of the tiger!

"hiring a lawyer is serious,Tony is a serious fighter"

I heard about tony through a friend and I was skeptical.Once I did my initial consultation I knew this lawyer does his homework. He presented a gameplan to me with excellent advice so I hired him.3 months later Tony performed a miracle! He won my revocation hearing first,(which is nearly impossible... when you have a pending case),Then He did a GRAND SLAM and got me probation!

Defense against state of Wisconsin with a very tough initial deal

Tony, defended us, in a very absurd criminal case, against the State of Wisconsin. What we liked in him was his optimism, his energy and the effort to reassure us of the possibilities to end the case with a complete dismissal. Before choosing Tony, we saw many lawyers who were so boring that we knew ...they were not at the level we expected to deal with the case. More importantly Tony understood that as executives we had different needs and counselled us very well about what to do and what not. He counselled us very well against any future communication risk . His ability to negotiate with anybody in the process was unique. People just trust this guy because of the way he speaks, the way he behaves and the respect with which he treats everybody. Not only Tony is american but also he has a huge experience of cultures other than his own. This is really a huge asset for a defense lawyer. Also Tony is very logical and the strategy he puts together was tactically very strong. I will keep in touch with Tony and I strongly recommend any body who believes he is different or his case has to be viewed differently or is an executive or someone with a diverse origin to go have a discussion with Tony. He is a great Lawyer... No doubt about it.
