We used Springstead & Bartish for an outstanding bench warrant where a relative of mine had been arrested. I made a call to the firm to tell them about the situation. They gave me the worst and best case scenarios as well as the most likely outcome. They were also very up front about the potential... costs. As soon as they were hired, they were on the case right away. They told me what I had to do to make this work best and were at the jail meeting with their client within a few hours. After several meetings at the courthouse, we were in front of the judge. We knew some things had to be handled on our part and informed the judge that they were. The judge dismissed the case and our relative was home sleeping in her bed the same day. I am not sure this could have been handled any betters. Thanks!

I got caught up at Electric Forest this summer with some seriously bad decisions. And to make things worse, I happen to live five hours away from the Rothbury area. (Oceana County, where my legal matters were handled.) I had looked into what may become of me, and quickly lost all hope. But by the fir...st time I had met with Mr. Springstead in person, he already had several ideas to what may work in my favor. It wasn't much, but as the court process continued I could tell he knew what he was doing. I did not spend much time in this county, but I think it's safe to say that Gary has a great presence in this local community. As far as I could tell, he knew everyone by name and knew his way around very well. He was respectful and understanding of my situation; but more importantly, he had a game plan. My situation turned out better than I could have hoped for, to the point where I have made serious changes in my life because of it. I would absolutely recommend this experienced professional.

We had to switch lawyers half way through. Our first lawyer was not consistent in what he told us and did not put forth much effort. Gary was the complete reverse. He kept us well informed and was very honest and knowledgeable in our case. It was a very difficult situation that we went through and ...Gary did an awesome job for us. We always knew what to expect and he delivered a more favorable result than he had predicted. My only regret is that Gary was not on our case from the start.
