Josh is a great lawyer he makes the courts work for what they want and he give you what you want. He makes you feel safe and he knows his stuff! I found Josh's knowledge of, and passion for the law to be very refreshing. We consulted with a few lawyers, and chose Josh because he insisted that he would actually fight our charge instead of recommending that we accept the court's typical diversion program offer for first time offenders, as othe...r lawyers had suggested. Josh was very thorough in explaining his services, our rights, and the motions that he had planned to file to have our charge dismissed. We were very pleased when Josh called us a day before jury selection to tell us that the DA had dropped the charges based on the motions Josh had filed. Every case is different, and Josh would be the first to explain that to a potential client.
