Very satisfied

I am very pleased with the representation provided by Attorney Mark Leblanc. He is thorough and knowledgeable. Attorney Leblanc took the time to walk me through every aspect of my case. He educated me and helped me understand exactly what I was facing and my options. I highly recommend Attorney Mark... Leblanc.

Best attorney I’ve ever used

I contacted Mr. Leblanc on a referral, in the first 2 mins of our conversation I was sold on his ability to represent me for my license restoration case. Not only does Mr. Leblanc know the laws inside and out but he knows how to represent your case properly and by listening to his suggestions you are... guaranteed a license. I highly recommend Mark Leblanc and I suggest if you would like you license restored that you use him !!!!! I will be recommending him to anybody that even hints they need a lawyer!!!!!

I got my license back.

My first phone call with Mark was about a License Restoration hearing. We talked for over an hour for our first consultation. In that first phone call he walked me through step by step what needed to be done. Mark explained the entire process start to finish. Everything he said in that first phone ca...ll was accurate and precise. He knew about every hearing officer at the Liviona office and how each of them ran their court rooms. I spent the weekend considering if I wanted to hire him and couldn't think of a reason not to. What really made up my mind was mark informing me that if I went into the hearing without a lawyer and I was denied, It would be an entire year before I could reapply. So I hired him. We met in person and discussed my case and driving history in great detail. He took detailed notes and we filled out the SOS-257 forum. I was then instructed to have 5 close friends or family members write letters of my sobriety on my behalf. Once all the letters were compiled and Mark reviewed them I went to a Alcohol and Drug Evaluation. It went smoothly except for the therapist having a typo in her report, and Mark very quickly contacted them and had the typo in the report corrected. We had several phone calls, some more than an hour in length and went over what would be involved in the hearing and what sort of questions I would be asked. Mark got me get my license back and with the most limited restrictions possible under the law. I will be using Mark again when It comes time to get my full license reinstated, as under the law you have to drive on a restricted license for a year then reapply. It couldn't of gone much smoother or had a better outcome in my opinion. I would recommend Mark to anyone in a similar situation where they need their license restored, and will contact him in the future regarding any other legal situation I find myself in.

Great service! Great outcome too!

As a college student and young adult, I had plenty on my mind but Mark helped ease my stresses! Being a first time apartment tenant I had no idea what sort of rights I had but Mark made it very clear that I was being mistreated as a good tenant and deserved compensation for my troubles. The manageme...nt company for my apartment was unresponsive and Mark was able to be my professional, legal voice by making phone calls, writing letters, etc. I would highly recommend others to Mark for representation based off his professionalism, knowledge, and persistence. Thank you so much again Mark!

One of the strangest cases I have ever worked on. The client was not the strange part. It was the landlord. They refused to respond to my letters, calls and every back-door method of communication that we tried. So, we withhold the rent. They still refused to engage. Eventually, the residence was sold with no demand for the rent that was withheld. My client got to keep the withhold and that resolved the matter.
