Just left my Appeal Hearing to have my Drivers License reinstated. My case was complicated by an out of state move. I was charged with felonious assault and assault and battery. I just finished college with honors, and what I thought was going to be the best summer of my life ended up being a complete and total nightmare! I have never been in trouble with the law prior to this incident. I initially hired another a...ttorney from a different law firm that I discharged after meeting and talking to Neil in person. I have always planned on going to graduate school, and if I were convicted of these charges, all of my hard work would have been for nothing.
