Mr. Gardner was very easy to contact and communicate with throughout the process. We had a overweight ticket and Mr. Gardner was able to reduce the ticket by $1000. He was very professional and his fee was reasonable. He did not at any point over promise results and in the end he delivered as expecte...d. Overall great service, very knowledgeable.

I hired Gary to handle my traffic case including warrant removal. I explained my situation, including the warrant that was attached to my case. I also explained to him that this was the first time I ever had to hire an attorney and that I would like for him to walk me through the process. He said h...e could help me and we agreed on a half and half payment plan. Fast forward 3 weeks and after a few unanswered calls and emails, I went with my gut and decided to call the court on my own. That is when I found out that not only had Gary failed to removed my warrant but he was also informed that I would have to plead guilty and pay the fine. This is information I received from the Judge’s Court Reporter, not my hired attorney. It was at this moment she and I began working on my case. By the end of my phone call, I had my warrant lifted and my charge reduced, without points. Since then, I have requested an itemized billing from Gary in addition to a refund for any unused portion of the retainer. To this day, I have not received a response. With that said, I am in the process of escalating this issue. Whatever you do, please do not hire this attorney. You may be better off on your own… I was.
