We hired this law firm to represent our elderly mother that was injured in a head on car crash. They told us to collect medical bills but when we called they informed us that the person working on the case was on maternity leave. After more calls we were told they would most likely settle out of cour...t in the Fall. Then came the letter dropping the case altogether. Once the insurance company knew they dropped the case my mother received no home modifications or any compensation at all. Now when I hear all of these TV adds it is extremely upsetting knowing they do not follow through. By the grace of God our mother is still with us even after going into hospice after the accident. Look elsewhere for someone more reliable.

I obtained Mike Morse office when I was the victim of a car accident in October. I was wanting my medical and ambulance bills paid by either State Farm or the person that was at fault in my accident. I had a small injury that was healing with time. Today I received a call from my attorney that since ...I wasn't receiving "consistent" medical care, they were dropping my file. In other words, since they knew my injury wouldn't bring them a large paycheck, I was being dropped. When I asked about my medical bills and how I'd get them paid, I was told to deal with State Farm myself. This was a major insult and I felt it was handled very unprofessionally. After having obtained them over 3 months ago, for them to just drop me and leave me to deal with my bills on my own after promising to help me is just unacceptable. I will never recommend this office.

Seemed to have no interest in serving my case at all, had to make constant calls to find out about the progress of my case. With a few returned calls. Did not explain the processes to me throughly, even when I asked . Switched atty. half way thru, did not represent my case properly. Discouraged going... to trial. Even though the sum was inadequate for the case at hand. Took half of the awarded money which was not explained to me. Did not have the money when promised and then still a hold was put on the fund for two more weeks. Terrible experience. Don’t put their clients first, perhaps too big. Or our case wasn’t important enough

They screwed up our lives and future. My wife was injured in an accident. The case went all the way to trial by jury. They done nothing but tell us to make the claim bigger. My wife wanted to settle for medical bills only but they encouraged her to carry on and make the case bigger. They put a rookie... lawyer on to lead the trial and he lost. My wife now has medical bills of $85000 and the insurance lawyer bill of $80000. They hung her out to dry and refused to appeal. Appalling service. Sleazy, misleading, and doesn't care about you. Disgraceful!!

This was the worst law firm I ever went to……. They treat you nice the first day and then they become very RUDE. If you ask them to help you all they say is… be and ADVOCATE for yourself… so they basically told me to go figure out everything on my own and they were going to take the percentage out of ...what I get. They told me not to look for a job because the insurance will pay for everything. After 6 months of maxing out my credit card they told me I don’t have a case, and that they were going to close my file. So I got left with nothing but debt. They don’t look out for anyone but themselves. If they think they can make money off you they will take you case, if they won’t make a lot off you they will keep you a while and then kick you to the curb………ITS HAPPENED TO ME!!!
