First think I'd like to say is that my particular case is a very complex one, keep reading and you will understand. I am working in the US under an non-immigrant visa, therefore being charged with a DUI puts me in a very huge risk to have my visa revoked and makes it very hard for me to get a new... visa later on. After everything happened, I felt really sad and worried, I didn't know what to do, I felt lost and ashamed, but I needed somebody who knows about these things to help me. Around 5pm, I started surfing the internet looking for options until I came to a website where I could answer some yes and no questions and my case would be sent to somebody who could help me. Few hours later I received a call from Sam and the first think he said after introducing himself was to calm down, and that everything would be ok, that he was there to help me. Then he asked me to tell him my story, he listened, and immediately afterwards he told me we could meet the next day (On a Saturday). That made him earn my trust because before him I had spoken to other attorneys and they said a call on the phone was enough and didn't want to meet, so that felt like he really wanted to help me and listen my story with more detail. After having said all this, what I am trying to say is that the way he listens to you and the way talks to you and guides you to everything makes you realize that what he really wants is to help you go through and solve your problem in the best possible way, he really cares about you, and that is something really hard to find somewhere else. The only reason I didn't hire him has nothing to do with him, it was because I already had an immigration attorney, which is the one who helped me get my visa in the first place, and sad that he knew a criminal attorney which whom he had already worked with, so I decided to follow my immigration attorney's recommendation. Hadn't that happened I would have definitely hired Sam, I am sure he is one of the best.
