Mary has contacted the Tennessee DMV and Indiana DMV in order that I can receive a clearance from TN. for my license are revoked in Tennessee. I contacted Mary after my son was notified by IU that he had been accused of a sexual assault. He had also been contacted by the Bloomington police department for questioning. Knowing this was a false accusation, but worried about what would happen next, I found Mary and called on a Sunday night ho...ping to leave a voice message that I needed help. Mary answered her phone that Sunday night and stayed on top of what transpired the following week as my son was arrested and charged. It was a week before I could meet with Mary and retain her, however she went to bat for us from day one. She then walked myself and my son through all the events for the next year that would transpire, before ultimately getting his case dismissed. She was spot on about what would happen with IU and the criminal charges. I always felt like she cared about my son. I highly recommend Mary Higdon!
