What sold me on hiring Joe is that after talking with a cop friend and two lawyers, Joe was the first one to suggest hope for a better than "standard" outcome. He seemed to have an actual strategy for my case; and it worked! He was professional and made me feel more at ease with what to expect throu...ghout the process. When we arrived at court, I felt like I had the hot-shot lawyer. It really felt like he was a strategist, rather than just going through the motions. He was able to get my charge reduced and worked out a deal that made the most sense for my case (so much so, that the judge complimented him in the midst of the proceedings). I am very satisfied with my entire experience with Suhre & Associates. My case was somewhat lengthy for a DUI charge. Joe escalated(?) my case from a Magistrate to a Judge. The first county prosecutor assigned to the case was unresponsive. Joe was eventually able to work with a different county prose...cutor and get a reduction in charge from DUI to Physical Control. Joe made sure all of my questions and concerns were taking care of throughout the entire process.

Mr. Suhre came highly recommended from another attorney who is a friend of mine. I called his office early on a Saturday morning shortly after being pulled over, detained, charged and released.
