From day one Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I hired Joe after receiving my 3rd OVI in 6 years. Over the summer I was arrested for OVI. I have NEVER been in trouble before and this incident was a terrible lapse in judgement on my part and completely out of character for me.
