When I reached out to Suhre & Associates, I told them what had happened and Mr. Suhre gave me a quick run down of what the possible punishments would be. When I was told that I could do 7-14 Days in jail minimum. I was worried because I have a baby due and I needed all of my vacation days for that.... After a couple of pre-trial reschedules. My wife and myself had prepared ourselves for 7-14 days of jail and being away from my family. Since there was the possibility of me not being able to drive for over a year, we sold our second car.
