Joe put me at ease immediately during this very stressful situation. This is something that is completely out of character and I have never been in trouble with the law prior to this experience. Needless to say I was terrified! Joe's immediate calming presence and education about the law help eased t...hose fears. While I was a first time offender he fast tracked my case through the courts so i could get privileges sooner rather than later and used everything in his arsenal to have my charges reduced. Eventually through getting a physical control instead of a OVI zero points instead of 6. Huge difference. After reaching a plea bargain with the prosecutors Joe provided me guidance on the next steps and where to go to do my 3 day program. Overall Joe made this HORRIBLE experience one that was easier to deal with. I would highly recommend working with Joe. His knowledge of the law, the judges and the entire process is invaluable.
