As a novice in these types of things, it struck me as odd and perhaps naively assumed that, of course, this was double jeopardy and that they could not do this. But the warning from the OH BMV meant, at a minimum, that I was going to be spending more of my personal time in court and, at the worse, a suspended license. I informed Mr. Roberts of this, he referred me back to Mr. Suhre, Joe immediately wrote a letter to the Ohio BMV and the matter was cleared up, literally, within a few days.
