When I reached out to Suhre & Associates, I told them what had happened and Mr. Suhre gave me a quick run down of what the possible punishments would be. When I was told that I could do 7-14 Days in jail minimum. I was worried because I have a baby due and I needed all of my vacation days for that.... After a couple of pre-trial reschedules. My wife and myself had prepared ourselves for 7-14 days of jail and being away from my family. Since there was the possibility of me not being able to drive for over a year, we sold our second car. Basically getting mentally prepared for the outcome from the prosecutor. However, Joe's experience and his reputation and knowledge with the prosecutor was able to help me out tremendously.
