I was recently pulled over and in my opinion wrongfully ticketed for an OVI charge in the Cincinnati area. I am very satisfied with my entire experience with Suhre & Associates. My case was somewhat lengthy for a DUI charge. Joe escalated(?) my case from a Magistrate to a Judge. The first county prosecutor assigned to the case was unresponsive. Joe was eventually able to work with a different county prose...cutor and get a reduction in charge from DUI to Physical Control. Joe made sure all of my questions and concerns were taking care of throughout the entire process.
