Andrew Zashin Gave Me My Life Back

Andrew Zashin of Zashin and Rich is one of the attorneys who represented me when I filed for divorce. At our initial consultation, I was a broken, frightened, insecure woman after thirty six years of being married to a despotic bully. Andrew thoroughly explained what impact divorce might have on me w...ith respect to my future and as a result, inspired me and gave me hope. I have only perspiring superlatives to describe this brilliant man, whose knowledge and experience in divorce and child custody are incomparable. Andrew emanates and devotes focused passion, consummate interest, and determined energy to one's case at all times. He is keenly intuitive, perceptive and compassionate. Furthermore, he is astonishing at the speed at which he responds to any email. I barely push "send" and literally within seconds to minutes I receive a response. Andrew is astronomically comprehensive, meticulously thorough, and mach-speed fast. Although divorce proceedings periodically caused much agonizing fear and anxiety, Andrew was at all times the alpha wolf who had my back. Each and every time he took powerful actions, provided me confident reassurances, comforting explanations, and appropriate humor to calm me down. He once offered to buy me ear plugs to drown out my husband. I have the greatest respect, most profound admiration, heart felt gratitude for and overwhelming trust in Andrew. He is extremely modest about his immeasurable talents and the supreme importance he has in anyone's life who is going through the agonies of divorce litigation. Thanks to Andrew I blossomed from feeling like a rain drenched, timid mouse into a supremely confident, strong, and happy woman. I also received an excellent settlement and will never have to live under a bridge or sell carnations at airports to survive. I cannot recommend Andrew Zashin highly enough.

Post - Divorce Child Issues

I came to see Andrew to discuss post -divorce issues with respect to my children. He was very knowledgeable and experienced about this area of law and sensitive to the my children’s needs. His team was resourceful, energetic, clever and creative. He was very responsive to me. Any delays experience...d were because of the mother’s lawyer. Andrew answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and I recommend him to someone who needs help with a divorce and/or a child custody case.

Very Responsive with Great Advice

I came to Andrew after reading one of his blogs online regarding an international move-away case. I found myself in a similar situation and felt my divorce attorney would not be suitable to advise me on an impending child custody case with an international element. Andrew was extremely responsi...ve, sensitive and helpful in guiding me with my case. He was very knowledgable about this area of law, specifically the international complications that we could face. I would love to hire him when the time is right.

Legal Excellence, respect and compassion

I was referred to Andrew Zashin by several sources, came in to see him regarding a potential child custody case and/or a modification of an existing custody order. It may have turned into relocation case and had the potential of involving the laws of another country. I found Mr. Zashin to be ...sensitive, knowledgeable and experienced about this area of law. Most importantly I had consulted and retained other Ohio lawyers, whom treated me with disrespect, and gave me wrongful information, which impacted my situation, significantly. Andrew was responsive, especially in comparison to other lawyers I have worked with in the past. He took his time, I never felt rushed or spoken 'down to' he was honest as to my circumstances, however this honesty came with information, and vast knowledge he shared, that in 7 years no other Ohio lawyer has ever seem to know or understand the laws. Andrew, answered my questions and I feel comfortable recommending he and his team to any parent who needs help with modifying a shared parenting plan or changing a child custody order. Andrew was also experienced with the international aspects of custody cases. Most important to me, I left my first meeting, feeling empowered, that I had someone advocating and on 'my team'. Meeting Andrew was an epoch of change in my custody and forward plans for my future and impact on my children's lives. Andrew did not just regurgitate the 'law' he took an actual interest in the best approach for my family, children's welfare and short and long term goals. This is the integrity that one can hope for and too seldom find in a lawyer. Best legal decision I ever made contact Andrew Zashin. I wish I had done so much sooner.

Saved me a tremendous amount of $

1.) I came to Andrew after I was divorced to work on child support matters. The original deal, drafted by supposedly top attorneys, was somewhat unclear about certain matters which my ex-wife and her new lawyer(s) tried to turn into a cash grab. 2.) I had a complex case because I was an execu...tive at a publicly held company and I started to earn more money after the divorce. 3.) My ex-wife's various lawyers did not understand my company's SEC filings and public financial statements and insisted on making outlandish claims to the court which confused and needlessly delayed matters. 4.) Andrew was able to cut through the nonsense and persuade the court that our reading of the documents and the divorce agreement was correct. 6.) I ended up getting a good deal. 7.) I was much more impressed with Andrew and his staff than any of the other lawyers who had been involved with my case, on either side. 8.) I would refer Andrew to anyone who has a complicated and high net worth situation. Several other "top" lawyers had been involved in my case but Andrew was head and shoulders better than they were.
