More than just a divorce attorney

Andrew Zashin works extensively in all facets of domestic relations law including divorce, dissolution, child custody, support issues, marital settlement agreements, and equitable property divisions. In his distinguished career, Andrew has received numerous accolades for his capabilities and effect...ive representation of his clients. However, he is more than just a divorce attorney, and a person with the utmost respect for the legal profession and his clients. He is not afraid to take unpopular positions if he believes that they are right because it really is that simple for him. He has taken on the largest of clients where he can only describe the litigation as "Being David when they were Goliath." His work for the Hague Convention aims to protect children in the harshest of custody battles and domestic disputes, and has been listed by the Ohio State Department as a major player for the Convention.

Highly recommended

I came in to see Andrew Zashin and his team regarding an extremely complicated impending child custody relocation case with enormous international complications, which I already had counsel in New York but I found Andrew through research on another case similar to mine. Specifically with a “grave ris...k” finding because of domestic violence. Andrew was very knowledgeable and experienced about this area of law and had explained to me that this specific kind of case was very important to him because he truly cares about fighting for what’s so clearly right and that is his number one passion. He has proven that to me because he went out of his way to help me. He really couldn’t come at a better time. I feel blessed till this day. Andrew was very responsive to me. I feel comfortable recommending him to someone who needs help with a child custody case, a relocation case or an international custody case.

None Better in Family Law than Andrew Zashin!

I became acquainted with and hired Andrew after hearing glowing reviews from some mutual colleagues who had used his services in the past. Andrew did not disappoint, and in fact, far exceeded my expectations. I have retained countless attorneys, both privately and professionally, and I can say with...out reservation that Andrew Zashin is simply the best that money can buy. Highly cerebral, charismatic, on top of his game, and with the tenacity of a junkyard dog, Andrew will go to bat for you and accept nothing less than justice served. From the moment I first walked into his office, I knew I was in the best of hands. After listening patiently to my concerns, his responses were measured and spoke to his immense knowledge of family law and case precedent. You could tell he truly cared about my unique situation and the assets I desired to protect. It's no secret in Ohio that when serious assets are on the line in a divorce, the party that gets to Andrew first, wins. That might sound like hyperbole, but I can assure you it is not. There are certainly no guarantees when it comes to legal outcomes, but retaining Andrew is as close it gets. More than highly recommended...simply the best there is.

Very helpful

Mr. Zashin was very helpful. I reached out on Avvo just to get some information for my potential divorce. He was very quick to respond even though it was a weekend. His information was helpful and put my mind at ease if my marriage does end in divorce. I am grateful that I will have someone like him ...in my corner. Although I’m not to the point of needing to hire a lawyer I feel confident he will help do what’s best for my daughter and I if it comes down to it.

Post-divorce child issues

My wife and I came into see Andrew to discuss post-divorce issues with respect to children's issues. Andrew was very knowledgeable and very experienced about this area of law and sensitive to our children's needs. His team was resourceful, energetic, clever and creative. Andrew was extremely responsi...ve when it came to anything that we needed. He was always just a phone call or email away. Andrew answered all of our questions and made sure we felt very comfortable with everything. We definitely would recommend Andrew to someone who needs help with a divorce and/or a child custody case.
