I was cited with my 3rd OVI as well as speeding, expired tags, open container, and a seatbelt citation. Needless to say, I was in bad shape. My previous 2 DUI’s were over 30 years ago, but apparently that doesn’t matter in Ohio as they now have a lifetime look back policy for drinking and driving cha...rges. When I was originally arrested, my parents and I were both so nervous about what could possibly happen to me. Mr. Joslyn was extremely helpful in calming myself as well as my parents down, and keeping us calm throughout the process by providing us with updates. Being in school I thought this would ha...ve been more of a stress on my life but Brian and his staff did everything they could to make the experience as pain free and easy as possible. They walked me through each and every step from my original court date all the way until he expunged my charge once eligible. I don't know what I would have done without Brian and his staff!
