To say that this man cares is an understatement. On a weekend when Mr.Tibbs was enjoying time with his family, in the middle of him remodeling he returned a strangers message to his Facebook messenger of all places. When he called me I’m sure I shocked him with the sensitivity of my case involving my... children( my son in particular). For the rest of that day (Saturday) Mr.Tibbs not only reassured me that he would be able to help with my case, even as he drove with his 5 year old daughter in the car at one point. As a father he listened to me and advised me with excellent knowledge of the law on what we will do for the case to save my son. I felt so relieved that no matter what he had going he listend and helped us out. I highly recommend Mr.Tibbs.

It may not be the legal experience witnessed through block buster cinema or television however this mans style yields results. Faced with charged (falsely) that would usually have me jailed for years awaiting trial Tibbs had me home with my family within 2 months and working on house arrest while i w...aited trial 6 months after. He was consistent and never made me feel as if the entire system was working in my disfavor. His prices were fair and worth it. In the end he took felonious charges and brought a result that would end with possibilities for full expungement. No the case wasn’t a mistrial or a dismissal but that harkens back to the fact the real court system isn’t anything like what is on tv.
