Rachel left me without a lawyer when I needed assistance and was trying to get my case settled, then lied to another attorney about why she dropped the case. She did not include a property settlement in the divorce or reimbursement for child support costs, leaving me without a lawyer to handle the mo...st important details of the case. The lawyer who eventually handled the property settlement said she did not handle this case appropriately.

I have nothing by awesome reviews of Ms. Lambert. She was very affordable, always answered by emails, and stood by my side during the hardest time of my life. I was unable to pay her for 2-3 months because of the costly impact of this divorce, but she never quit on me like many lawyers have done fr...iends of mine. She knew the law and although this divorce was a nasty process, she was the light that led me to the end of the tunnel. If you want a true warrior, this is the lawyer you must hire!!!

Rachel handled an issue with my husband and I in which his EX was falsely accusing us of dependency and neglect, with absolutely no evidence. His EX's ...attorney was crazy for filing the case in juvenile court to start with and it was a constant game for her, with my poor stepdaughter caught in the middle. Rachel didn't put up with the shenanigans from the opposing counsel and was vigorous in defending my husband and me, while looking out for our daughter. Thankfully, we avoided a trial and the added stress that would have put our daughter through. The case was dismissed and we now have our lives and our family back. Rachel was quick to respond to our questions, always knowledgeable, honest, and she was also reasonable with her fees. We couldn't have chosen a better attorney!!!

I hired Rachel to modify my custody and visitation. I have to second the other review about Rachel being unreachable. She never responded to my emails or calls. On the day we went to court, I had not spoken with her in weeks and I was worried she wouldn't even show up. She did eventually show up ...15 minutes late and I had to rush through with her what we were there to do since she had not answered my calls or emails prior to the court date. Another issue I had is that she didn't seem to be up to date on newer laws. I was doing all the work for her. Rachel was very unprofessional at times. I caught her talking negatively about me to my adversary's lawyer. Due to this, I couldn't trust her to handle my case properly. After my case was resolved, I had another issue which I called Rachel for. She said I had no grounds to file anything to resolve the issue. I reminded her what the law says and that I do have grounds, and she very rudely yelled at me that she could not do anything about it. Needless to say, I called another lawyer who was able to resolve the issue for me without any hassle at all.
