I had been charged with a few felonies, agg. Burglary and theft over 60000 he had the theft reduced to 10000 - 60000 but the da was not willing to go any lower do to my confession. Darren had done something that I don't believe any other lawyer could have . Instead of paying 630000 in restitution him...self and the district attorney had come to a deal that if I could pay 1500 by February 27th that I would not have to pay anymore than that. I also only received 3 years on probation for the felonies when I know people with similar charges either serving three years or have received 6 years on probation. My son who is in the air force received a dui while on leave..I hired Darren to represent him..My son needed to get his punishment done while he was in TN on leave for 10 days because that was all the leave he had..
