I was arrested with a friend, who was driving my vehicle. We were both charged. Myself being charged with DUI by Allowance. My friend driving my vehicle, was dd and took this seriously. Unfortunately, the law doesn't always protect it's citizens. However, our lawyer Darren Drake did. I have the utmos...t faith and trust in Darren. He isn't a run of the mill lawyer. I haven't dealt much with lawyers. But I know they aren't always respected. I very much respect Darren and his representation. He gives his clients his all. Our charges were dismissed. His efforts and the way he handles his cases and the court room got us to this point. Essentially, he saved our lives. The future of them. Know that if you find yourself in a situation such as this, the best choice you can make for yourself and your future is to have Darren Drake represent you. The outcome of our situation was better than I expected. And my future is intact. The situation and outcome has truly changed my life. You can be doing the right thing and have this happen. Or, make a mistake and have this happen. Regardless, Darren will take care of you and treat you like a human being. He will get you the best outcome possible and always be honest with you.

I'm am giving Darren the max rating for multiple reasons starting with; client attorney relations, Darren always made himself available for any and all of my questions and concerns that I had he would always contact me with any changes or requirements involving my case, I never felt that I didn't kno...w what was going on with my court case he kept me in the loop with any and all meeting with the DA and prosecutor. Secondly I was an out of state case so he took the time to work with me and around my schedule, he allowed me to digitally send in documents that he requested or send photo copies these seem like small things but it was saving me countless hours of driving back and forth to Rutherford county. Thirdly he was not afraid to contact me after business hours he is not a 9-5 guy I contacted him multiple times after business hours and got response within the next hour if not instantly. Fourthly, i felt as though he actually cared about my case specifically, even knowing that he had multiple cases on top of mine I never felt as though he was sweeping mine under the rug. Lastly his character upon multiple talks and court hearing I learned that he is a family man, he is prior service, a voulunteer fire fighter, this tells me that he is someone that does not only care about himself and it made me feel more confident in his abilities knowing that he has proved his success in many different aspects

I am from Atlanta, Ga and had a case in Murfreesboro. Darren Drake took my case on short notice.
