This law office (Especially Rebecca Keller) performed a true miracle for me and my husband. We lost our 24 year old daughter in July 2020. She left behind a 4 year old son. The father had moved away to Colorado about 3 or 4 months before her death and had never been consistent in his life. Their divo...rce was finalized in feb 2020. The child had lived in our home his whole life except for the last 5 months as my daughter had gotten an apartment. I still provided for the child during this time. The father rarely paid child support. In TN grandparents have zero rights but I was determined that I was keeping my grandson! The father came in from Colorado with intentions to take my grandson. The father was served a restraining order so he couldn’t take the child until we went to court. These papers asked questions about proof of employment, proof that he had residency in his name, proof that he had a room, clothes, and toys for the child. Proof of a car seat. It asked about his mental state, if he would do a drug test and etc... I believe this led to the father giving us the grandparents primary custody. I would highly recommend this law firm.
