Won my case while stationed out of state because of Steve.

I was going through a divorce with my ex who lives in Kentucky while I currently live out of state. During the mediation, you can immediately tell his name carries weight in and out of the court room. He is very polite, attentive, and firm in what you're trying to achieve. If I didn't hire Steve and... his team, I don't think joint custody or even visitation would have been on the table. I got everything that I needed during my time and his services fall nothing short of amazing. If you're dealing with someone unruly or demanding, do yourself a favor and call Steve. His presence alone makes other attorneys think twice about what their client is asking for, they know he would not go down without a fight in the court room.

There is no better legal service in Tennessee.

I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his paralegal, Becky. I came back from Afghanistan a broken man. My ex-wife filed for divorce while I was injured in the hospital, and she had refused me contact with our daughters for months. Steve and Becky helped get my girls back in my life. That is... worth more than all the money in the world. Over time, I went from having visitation every other weekend and no parental rights to having primary custody and full decision making. Do you know how hard that is for a father to do? It was an uphill battle all the way, but Steve and Becky never left my side. They believed in me when I didn't believe in myself. Now my girls are in a much better place, emotionally, and I owe it all to Steve and Becky. They have been there for me for almost a decade, and I know they will be here for me through the bad times that are still to come.

Goes Above & Beyond

I don't even know how to begin to thank Steve and his paralegal Rebecca. My husband is a US Army Veteran who they helped him get primary custody back for his daughter back in 2019. A father being awarded custody was huge. They jumped through hurdles for us. We have not had it easy and battling my hus...bands ex all along the way. We have just wanted peace in our home since the divorce in 2014 and many times peace has not surrounded us. We entered into another court case in 2023 to try and relocate his child to Texas where our family resides. We knew it was going to be tough with the other parent still residing here as however, they were so willing to help us with the relocation. We honestly had no idea which way our case would go or how the Judge would respond. However, even though we had been in and out of court so many times over the years, we were ready to tackle this one. Steve and his team were extremely helpful, constantly communicating, and held our hand every step. We can excitedly say we won our case and got the relocation with is daughter! We couldn't be happier and will always recommend Steve and Becky!! They are truly a God send and one of the best Lawyer teams in Clarksville!

Grandparents

This law office (Especially Rebecca Keller) performed a true miracle for me and my husband. We lost our 24 year old daughter in July 2020. She left behind a 4 year old son. The father had moved away to Colorado about 3 or 4 months before her death and had never been consistent in his life. Their divo...rce was finalized in feb 2020. The child had lived in our home his whole life except for the last 5 months as my daughter had gotten an apartment. I still provided for the child during this time. The father rarely paid child support. In TN grandparents have zero rights but I was determined that I was keeping my grandson! The father came in from Colorado with intentions to take my grandson. The father was served a restraining order so he couldn’t take the child until we went to court. When we went to court Steve put me on the stand and asked very important questions that led to the judge letting me keep temporary custody until a trial date was set. Rebecca drew up papers and had sent to the father. These papers asked questions about proof of employment, proof that he had residency in his name, proof that he had a room, clothes, and toys for the child. Proof of a car seat. It asked about his mental state, if he would do a drug test and etc... I believe this led to the father giving us the grandparents primary custody. I would highly recommend this law firm. They were wonderful and we were very pleased. This was a 5 month ordeal and we were charged one price at the beginning.
