Rude Staff, Unaccommodating, but Responsive
You can do better elsewhere if you are willing to look (or worse if you are not careful.) They do promptly respond to inquiries.

Disappointing
We hired him for my husbands case. Saw him one time in court. Was not impressed. Then was assigned with another lawyer in office. They took 2000.00 for a person to exam laptop but next thing I knew given plea deal instead of trial so I don’t believe laptop was ever looked at. So I lost 2000.00 , this...

Avoidable outcome
I wish I had gone with a court appointed for my DUI. Three years before it was all completed I was over $10,000 in debt and 50% of that went to Mr Crumbley. I was totally defeated and broke. I didn't think he stood up to the prosecutor in my case. BTW, it would have fell under the Alabama "look back"...

Bold faced liar
I'll just quickly say that, in my opinion, Russell " Plugs" Crumbley is an incompetent and very Dishonest attorney that parades around like a big shot. Until he gets your money. I highly recommend you read my Google and Facebook reviews. Without going into a lot of detail I'll just say that due to hi...
Steve Black: You do this about once a year (and, usually delete) and the last couple of times you have resorted to name calling in addition to not knowing the law. I will not embarrass you and state the facts of your case (from about 15 years ago) but you were charged with a felony and, at the time of your plea agreement that is what it was - a felony. Therefore, you were sentenced to two years for a felony - not a misdemeanor. A month or two AFTER you plead guilty a ruling came down from the appellate court (on another but similar case) that reversed the law that made your case a felony. Accordingly, it subsequently became a misdemeanor but that was AFTER the fact. I hope, one day, you can get past the hate and understand and accept the realities of your situation. In either event, the facts of your case made it a felony at the time. You actually got very lucky and instead of holding on to the anger, I would think that you would be thankful that the law changed so that you could receive the benefit of that good fortune.
