Incredible attorney

Attorney Russell Crumbley is absolutely amazing! I was charged with a false police report when calling for help for a family member and because she was okay by the time the police and fire and rescue arrived they wrongfully charged me. Mr.Russell was so welcoming and open to listen from the beginning..., the first time I went into his office to present him with my case he was ready to help giving amazing advise from the start assuring me that he would get this case dismissed and my family and I would not have to worry anymore. He worked diligently getting all evidence we needed to present to the court to prove that cop had completely wrongfully charged me, he got the recording of the police call, the cops chest cam and the audio from it and he took the time to review it all and go over it with me! The day we went to court he assured me that we would be leaving with the case dismissed and closed for good and sure enough that’s what happened! I would highly recommend Russell Crumbley to anyone in need of an attorney for anything!!! Easy to work with and never once made me feel like I did anything wrong just an overall amazing experience!! I will definitely be calling him and hiring him again in the future if anything ever happened and I was in need of an attoeny! Thank you Mr. Crumbley!

I have one job to do when a client hires me - Defend them! There is a prosecutor who is tasked with the job of prosecuting them. There is a judge who will judge them. They also have the police and just about every other advantage. We are the only thing a defendant has and we take that position seriously. And, we never ever judge. Thank you for recognizing that. Russell Crumbley for President

I was in a terrifying situation when my clean record of 30 years was suddenly marked with a pending DUI charge. No other charges, no speeding tickets, only three seatbelt tickets to be exact. Even the arresting officers were surprised. I did not know what to do. My experience with the legal/court... system was minimal (might as well say zero), including what to look for when hiring an attorney. I acted fast after the incident setting up a few consultations. After personally meeting with Russell Crumbley and discussing my options and likely outcomes, I couldn't have felt more relieved. Needless to say, I made a choice to retain his firm's services. Mr. Crumbley thoroughly explained what it would take to achieve a dismissal. I did what he said, prepared to jump through some legal hoops, prepared for the lengthy process that my case required, and ultimately received my dismissal. There were several times during the process in which I had questions, and my worry was beginning to resurface. Mr. Crumbley took the time to meet and discuss the progress of the dismissal, putting the worry to rest each time. If Russell wasn't available, his team stepped in. Michael Morenilla met with me personally on several occasions to guide me through the process and helped me understand exactly what was going on with my case. Court appearances were just that, appearances. Michael did the rest. I never had to wait long to discuss my case and get answers I needed. Russell's firm was always available. The phone lines were always open and the front office is just as professional. During the entire process, I was actually arrested for a second minor incident (30's are a great time) and retained Mr. Crumbley again. In the end, both cases were wrapped up and dismissed simultaneously. I should also add that my driver's license was never suspended. It was enroute for suspension, but Mr. Crumbley's firm took care of that. I couldn't be happier. I had a lot to lose career wise, but now I'm confident that the way Russell's firm handled my cases with their combined experience and knowledge, my future is intact. Huge thanks to Russell and his team. I know where to go if my 40's gives me any trouble.

Thank you Mr. Crumbley!!!

Mr. Crumbley solved a very important problem that was haunting me since 2013. The best thing of all was that I didn't have to be present in court; he solved my problem without ever meeting me. He told me that he would refund me ($7,500) if he didn't manage to solve the case. He has very high ethics a...nd moral standards. We had great communication over the phone. I was always up to speed with my case. I was living very far away from Alabama, and yet he managed to solve my case and get it dismissed. I have never met Mr. Crumbley in person, but I wish I could because I seriously need to thank this man face to face. Thank you Mr. Crumbley for returning the peace to my life. You have no idea what it means to me to close this horrible chapter. God bless your soul and your talents. I also love your southern accent. I wish I could become such an awesome lawyer like you are but those are very big shoes to fill! Russell Crumbley is simply a goddamn good lawyer. Hire him. He ain't cheap but I can assure you it is absolutely worth it!
