Professional and personal

It can be tough picking out an attorney with all the crazy ads and billboards, however, Russell is a choice you will not regret. He was empathetic to my situation and helped guide me out of the mess I put myself into. Good representation is not cheap and you get what you pay for. I would definitely r...ecommend his practice to any of my friends.

Ecstatic Dad

Mr. Crumbley and his team did a great job defending my precious little girl! He spent plenty of time with us going over legal matters and helped set our minds at ease with his experience and knowledge of the law. He fought in defense of my daughter and got the case dismissed. Thanks!!!!!!!!

Honest and Genuine

I was charged with a DUI 2 weeks before I moved out of state about a year and a half ago. The experience was terrifying and Crumbley assured me that I could move forward with my move and he would take care of things here in Alabama. My court case was continued for quite a while, a strategy that was u...sed to wait for the right opportunity to get my case dismissed. After a year of patience and taking a quick 2 day DUI awareness class, my DUI was dismissed to court costs and I am now in the process of filing for an expundgement. Everyone at this office has a wonderful professional attitude and are very gracious with any help they can provide. I have no desire to be in a position to need Mr. Crumbley's help again but to anyone out there needing help, he's 100% worth the price!

A kind and experienced lawyer

I spoke on the phone with Mr. Crumbly 6 months ago about various legal matters. I was very impressed that he took the time to be genuinely concerned about my issues, I even offered to retain him for services and pay for his time and he said that was not necessary at all. Recently, I wanted my teenag...er to have an opportunity to discuss anything and everything about choices related to being a minor in the legal sense. I thought first of Mr. Crumbly because of how kind he had been with me. He was happy to do this and talked with me and then my son for over an hour, again no charge. I feel 100% confident in hiring him if the need ever arises. He is good people.

Professional

Mr. Russell Crumbley took good care of my DUI case and was an expert in all things considered. He took the stress out of my hands and life and handled everything in a professional manner. On a Sunday, he was the only office that took my phone call, I had to be at court the next day after my arrest a...t 8 AM. Every office was closed, including Crumbley's. However, on his website there was a chat option in which he took my request and talked to me personally. On that very Sunday he met with me within an hour. He was on his way back from Tuscaloosa and still met with me! I've never been so stressed, but after meeting with Mr. Crumbley, he assured me I would be taken care of. The results: My case was nolle prossed: thrown out. All I had to do was sit back, and relax while Russ took care of the rest. If you want positive results, do yourself and stress level a favor and call his office and have him represent you. You will not regret it.
