Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney in Huntsville, Alabama

We are an out-of-state contractor, and Mr. Howie defended us when we charged with operating without the necessary contractor's license. Mr. Howie got the issue quickly resolved and convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charge. He was willing to help us on very short notice, was extremely knowledg...eable and a great communicator. I would recommend him highly!!

Great Service

I was faced with two very difficult court cases that required me to bring in a lawyer. I was grateful for the support and openness of Mitch and his staff. I was able to get the information that I needed as soon as I requested it. I have used other lawyers in the past and they have not been as recepti...ve. GREATEST DEFENSE ATTORNEY EVER!

I was facing felony charges and possible jail time for making a stupid mistake. I was the kind of person who has never been in trouble in my life. It caused me to think my life was ruined with a felony conviction and possible loss of job and/or jail time. Mr. Howie was able to ease my fears and make ...me truly believe that everything was going to be alright. I can't thank him enough for the professional and efficient service he provided for me to a wonderful conclusion. I will enthusiastically recommend his services. He is the BEST man for the job. Thanks is not a strong enough word for someone who gave me my life back.

Excellent Attorney

I recently retained Attorney Mitchell J. Howie to file for an increase in child support. My ex is active duty military and I wanted someone who is familiar with how the military operates. Attorney Howie is very professional and with his military background and specializing in Family and Military Law ...he is the perfect attorney for me. Some attorneys are easily intimidated by other attorneys. Not Mitchell Howie, he was not intimidated by the opposing counsel and was quick to call the opposing counselor out on any B***S*** that was thrown his way. He is very accurate, thorough, he listens to you, and works quickly to get you a court date. He is a great communicator and not once did I ever feel like I could not reach my attorney. He is very honest and will let you know if the law will allow you to get what you are requesting. He is a great negotiator and not only did I win my case, but Attorney Howie added a modification to my support order that requires my ex to notifiy me within 30 days of a promotion and pay increase. I am very happy with the service that I received and I will be using Attorney Howie in the future.

Good Lawyer

Straight shooter. Looked at all the facts; made his recommendations and followed through. Kept in touch and responded to inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Hope to never have to use his serves again, but certainly would if required. I would highly recommend Mitchell.
