PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, and PERSONABLE - great combination of qualities that make for fantastic legal representation!

Mitchell Howie and his staff are amazing - professional and efficient but also very warm and welcoming, and very patient in explaining all aspects of the legal process and my options at every step. I have heard people going through divorce joke about how attorneys don't return calls - Mitchell Howie...'s office does, and promptly! They have been great at answering my questions as they arose. I have interviewed about a dozen attorneys overall, and Mitchell Howie is the only one that I would be happy to retain again.

All around great experience.

I initially met with Mitchell because his assistant Madeline got back to me within a half-hour of my first email and within a few minutes after that I had a consultation scheduled. Upon meeting with Mitchell the first time I could tell that he listened to me, was knowledgable, and genuinely wanted t...o help. I ended up hiring Mitchell and learned quickly that all the good attributes I saw in the consultation weren't just for show but who he actually was. He was always very timely getting with me if he needed to as well as responding to me if I had any questions. All-in-all I had great experience and would hire Mitchell again if I needed to because he's a "go the extra mile" type person.

If reading this, you need to retain Mitchell Howie

Amazing communication from the beginning to the end. I was facing a felony charge for criminal mischief. Mr Howie was confident that he could present a strong defense for me. He was right! He vigorously fought the State and was very active in pushing for the results that we wanted. Mr Howie did... not simply stand by and let the run-of-the-mill process take it's coarse. He took the fight to the prosecution and did what you would want an attorney to do. Mr Howie presented our case at a probable cause hearing and had the case dismissed before it was even forwarded to a grand jury. Mitchell Howie guided me through the entire process and put me at ease with everything. I highly recommend Mitchell Howie and I am completely confident that he will represent your with the same passion that he represented me.
