A+ criminal defense attorney

Did an outstanding job on my criminal case in Indian River County. The office made the process bearable and allowed me to move on with my day today activities without the weight on my shoulders. They were very personable and professional putting everything in layman's terms for my comprehension. They... are the best out there , hands down, with my highest regards and recommendation. I cannot thank them enough and I'm completely satisfied with my outcome. I have nothing but gratitude for making this inconvenience a closed book for me.

When your dam breaks and your boat won't float ......

Overwhelmed ... with anger, fear and lack the knowledge of what to do next, I called The Law Firm of Brian Mallonee and it was the wisest decision I ever made. Brian and his legal assistant Lerin are an amazing team working together against the FALSE information DUI that is WRONGLY filed against you... by individuals in authoritative positions due to their lack of accountability in doing their job. Brian and Lerin's driven determination to produce the Factual Information (that somewhere along the process had never been asked or documented, overlooked or lost) with that kind of tenacity and expertise representing you, you have complete confidence they are fighting for YOU! Brian speaks to you not at you. He keeps you completely informed of each step, encourages your opinions and questions. Brian takes charge (a respectful control) in the court room. My wrongful DUI was dropped. I can absolutely tell you that if I would not have had their legal representation, I would have LOST everything including my job. I wish we would have met under different circumstances, but I have my freedom and now 2 new Friends .... I am so Thankful that I had Brian and Lerin!

Brian Mallonee is an extraordinary attorney

Brian Mallonee is an extraordinary attorney. Hopefully I will never need to hire a criminal defense attorney again, but if I do it will be Brian Mallonee. After I was wrongfully accused and arrested for DUI, Brian was the first call I made and it’s a decision I will never regret. From the beginnin...g Brian was very clear about all the potential outcomes and explained in detail how we would build my defense to increase my odds of a favorable outcome. He immediately recognized how improper my arrest was. Brian and his assistant Lerin were so amazing and kept me up to date on everything happening with my case, and always answered my numerous emails and questions in a timely manner if not immediately. Brian and Lerin were a joy to work with! Brian Mallonee is Professional, Knowledgeable, Tenacious, Meticulous to detail, and Compassionate. These qualities are exactly what you need in a criminal defense attorney. Brian came up with a game plan and executed it flawlessly. Most first time DUI’s are pleaded down to reckless driving but for some reason mine was not. We went to jury trial. Huge mistake by the prosecutor. Ultimately prosecution was averted due to case facts presented by Brian and his courtroom prowess. I was acquitted of all charges and it is all thanks to Brian Mallonee and his team! Not only did he represent me in the criminal court case but also in in the DMV hearing regarding the suspended driver license since I refused to blow and requested a formal review. I now have my driver license and there is no refusal to blow on my record. I really cannot thank Brian Mallonee and his team or recommend them enough for their extreme professionalism and amazing help during a very trying time in my life. Brian is not only a smart, superb lawyer but also an amazing person as well. Best money I ever spent!

Straight Forward, Honest, Results Orientated!

Mr. Mallonee is straightforward and honest. More importantly he knows how to navigate the legal system and get the results! I have been a client for over 6 years and he has helped my 2 older boys through (3) separate cases. In two of the cases the charges were completely dropped. In the third, my son... was offered a diversion program. Thank you Brian!

He went far beyond the call of duty, and spared my wife a long sentence (DUI case); compassionate and humane, and a great lawyer

My wife had gotten a 2nd DUI (within a year). We hired another lawyer, who was not doing a very good job (who knows, maybe he's a decent lawyer who helps most of his clients, but my wife was facing the max: 9 months, with some time off for good behavior, and her lawyer was evincing little interest in... her case). At the last moment - less than 48 hours before her court date/sentencing - - We made the switch and hired Brian, after I called him, explained the case, and gained confidence in him. It was very clear in our conversation that he understood this sort of case -- that is, that it's not simply a criminal matter, but that there is a human being involved who is clearly in need of help. Brian came up with several wise, creative approaches that would help her in the courtroom, but also, as importantly, help her continue to deal with her problem after she got out. We were all (other family members, friends were involved) extraordinarily impressed with the way that, in less than two days, he drove out to see her, talked with prosecutors and so on, and got her a very good deal. I cannot overstate how grateful we are, and how highly I would recommend Brian and his firm.
