I was already on probation when I got another charge that I should have never gotten.. I had a stereo installed in my car and I paid for half of it and I was suppossed to come back the next day with the other half of the payment and my car broke down, I called them and tried to explain. They did not ...believe me, so they pressed charges. I then returned the stereo the following day but the charges were already filed. They would not drop the charges even though I brought the stereo back.When I went to court for probation there was a warrant for my arrest. Ms Record opposed the warrant because if anything the case would be a small claims issue not a criminal charge. I still had to go to jail to clear the arrest warrant but the charges were dropped and the ROR'ed me. She did a great job. Thank god !!

Tracy was hired because my fiance was in jail for a warrent that had been issued on him due to driving with a suspended license, he was also in the proccess of being extradited to somewhere else. He had arrived there on the 9th or 10th and wasnt supposed to have court until the 29th of feb. tracy man...aged to get him in court by the 13th. She got him off with time served from time in another county on a different count. She didnt stop at that she also made it so we didnt have to pay the normal full monhtly amount in court costs and got it delayed until a later date than usual to start paying. So normally after court the lawyer steps down like they have done their job right? She didnt, he still had to be transferred to another county and she kept on them and the other county which we didnt pay her to do until they transferred him out. After he was transferred out she called me to make sure everything was ok in the other county just to check out of the kindness of her heart. Long story short she is the only attorney I have ever dealt with that went way beyond her job to get things done and taken care of. Thanks to her he will be home by the end of this week. She will be highly recommended to anyone by me.
