A few months ago, I was involved in a traffic accident that landed me in jail. I was charged with a felony, and was facing the serious possibility of further jail time and suspension of my license. I must say that I was impressed by his demeanor and knowledge of such cases, but as usual, with any person you have to place so much trust and responsibility with, I was skeptical. However, I can now safely say that David is the real deal, and certainly deserves this confidence and more. Within a month, I was moved from felony to misdemeanor court, after which David was able to negotiate a deal that was well below the standard. I served no further jail time and retained my driver's license. This outcome was far removed from my expectations, and I cannot thank him enough for pursuing this case on my behalf. Thanks to his hard work, I can continue pursuing my education this year, and without the stigma of having a felony on my record. In all, I cannot recommend David Haenel enough to do his service justice. At the very least, bring your case to his attention. I am near certain that you will find him as straightforward and knowledgeable as I have.
