I put myself in an unfortunate position and after hours of research I knew I needed an attorney and fast! I found David online and read his reviews and felt confident he was the guy I needed. Mr. Haenel was recommend to me. Mr. Haenel and his assistant were very accessible throughout. They carefully explained to me the procedure for contesting a Florida ticket I received, since I live in Minnesota. Mr. Haenel assured me that he handles many cases like mine and I need not worry at all. ... He said that I could leave matters in his hands and trust him. The result was excellent and the Florida charge was dismissed.

Like anything, the unknown always makes you nervous. I had never had to hire a lawyer before and it's difficult to know if you are making the right choice. However, in this case I can tell you this WAS the right choice. From the get-go David and his team were so responsive. Answers came quickly to qu...estions, I was continually updated via email and everyone was so friendly. The case was a doozy, I was going pretty darn fast so I thought there would be serious repercussions even with a lawyer. However, the minute I spoke with David he created a game plan. His knowledge of the courts, judges and even the local police force is outstanding. With that said, I did the cursory paperwork in the beginning and left the rest up to his team. It was such a relief to put this into capable hands and not to have to get involved myself. Was it worth it? Absolutely!
