Mr Haenel took my call at 10 pm one night to discuss my traffic court case, we spoke for about 30 minutes and he was very interested in the case, even going above and beyond what he needed to do to inform me of my rights and options. A few months ago, I was involved in a traffic accident that landed me in jail. I was charged with a felony, and was facing the serious possibility of further jail time and suspension of my license. I served no further jail time and retained my driver's license. This outcome was far removed from my expectations, and I cannot thank him enough for pursuing this case on my behalf.
