Let my good luck of having representation by Annemarie Rizzo be the best decision you could make for yourself! I was arrested for DUI in Sarasota County, FL. I could certainly detail the stories, shocks and shame that ensued, but I will save that for another writing. This is my opportunity to rav...e about one remarkable attorney. I sought representation by Finebloom & Haenel, PA upon high recommendation from a dear friend that works as a court clerk in Sarasota County, knowing she would know best! And, indeed, it was the best advice I could have taken! I was receiving excellent representation by the firm, which included winning a hearing with the Department of Motor Vehicles to retain my full driving privileges. A few months into the case, I received a phone call from attorney Annemarie Rizzo, it was the first I had heard of Ms. Rizzo… she had questions for me and I could tell she was taking a new kind of action! I suppose (though I never asked) that she took an interest in my case and decided to take the lead… lucky me! As it turned out, Ms. Rizzo’s zeal, energy, expertise and passion put my case on a fast track toward justice! We would absolutely recommend this attorney. She spent at least an hour and a half with us in the beginning, explaining the ins and outs of the legal system as it pertains to DUI cases. She communicated with us throughout the process, was always available to talk by phone and email. Our daughter's ca...se was ultimately dismissed. It doesn't get any better than that.
