Relief at its best! AnneMarie Rizzo is awesome! I received a DUI in March, a hired a great attorney, he helped me every way he could along the process. I happened to meet Annemarie by some amazing miracle 3 weeks before my first docket, after getting to know her and discussing my case, she decided... to help me and contact my attorney to help him. I was arrested in July of 2012. Initially, I was not going to fight it. But after speaking to Annemarie about getting my work permit (the main DMV said I had to wait 30 days, but Annemarie said she could get it for me), she convinced me to go ahead and fight it. Although the case took a year to resol...ve due to some unforeseen issues, Annemarie finally was able to reach a plea deal to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving. I failed every sobriety test, blew a .12 and had a minor accident. During my case, Annemarie, and her associates, were very informative and understanding. They answered every question I asked in a timely manner and I always felt like she had everything under control. To say I wasn't nervous would be a lie. But to have an attorney take care of the legal side is a blessing. I only had to show up once during the entire process; and that was only so I could accept the plea deal.
