Summary: Monthly Savings on Mortgage Payments: $2,260.37; Annual Savings: $27,124.44; Savings Through Loan Maturity: $596,737.68; Principal Forgiveness: $406,630.90; Total Savings: $1,003,368.50. I went from being underwater to having equity in my home now!!! These results that I now am the benefactor of are all because of the Top Notch, Class A legal work performed by the Law Office of Morris | duPont.
