Thorough

Vera, explained the process in detail from the beginning and throughout the entire process. She is very knowledgeable and handled all issues. She was always a phone call or email away when needed. I received prompt responses from the office and I felt like I was being taken care of at all times.

Efficiency

Vera took over my case as my previous attorney was not reliable. Even though it was about half way through, she calmed all parties down, brought resolution quickly and efficiently, always answered my emails and returned my phone calls, and I can't thank her enough for everything she did.

What a lawyer should be....

I was thrown into a situation I was not expecting and needed a lawyer who didn't sugar coat things. Vera Bergermann and all her staff helped me in every aspect of my situation and kept me calm through the whole process ( I like to worry needlessly) At no point did I get any surprises or be miss led, ...they know how to handle clients and treat you with dignity and respect. The outcome was better than I could have hoped for and now my future is looking brighter because of Vera and her team. I wouldn't be where I am today without them! I can't thank them enough! Please use Vera and staff with confidence, they are what a lawyers should be!!

courteous, professional and ethical

From consultation until divorce trial's end Mrs. Bergermann' s efforts and attention to detail were absolute. Her conduct was always professional, respectful and compassionate. Ethically, she was faultless in her advisement. Her experience and positive attitude always left me with encouragement. ...Her staff, especially Chris, were always available and knowledgeable in her absence. I also felt attorney fees were very reasonable for this 2 1/2 year process. The proceeding failed in expediency due to the other party's willingness to compromise.
