Through deceptive tactics, my husband and I purchased a timeshare with Bluegreen Vacation Clubs...the worst mistake ever! During the presentation, you are bombarded with information that you are not allowed to research. You buy now or never get the chance again. That should have been the red flag for... us. We basically were in a contract that constantly drained us of fees and were never able to use the vacation once. We were just sick because everything we were reading went from bad to worse. You are bound to this company for life. I started reading and researching online. The Finn Law group kept coming up. Even a couple other attorneys said if anyone could help us, Mr. Finn could. It was a scary move because we kept thinking we may pay him and lose and be out even more money and still bound to Bluegreen. Thank God we took the chance. It took six months, but Mr. Finn and his group terminated all our legally binding commitments to this organization. If you find yourself in this same predicament, don't hesitate to call the Finn group. They have a track record of successes. They kept us informed of every step they were taking along the way. It feels like a huge burden is lifted off our shoulders. Make the call!

Amazing firm. Called and left message to return my call. Yes they did less than half hour!!! Explained to his office legal staff, absolutely fantastic, and explained how I got duped in timeshare at Orlando, florida. She listened to me attentively while I explained how I got duped on my honew moon wit...h my new bride in 2004. Explained I had paid upto 2012 and then stoped paying on timeshare as it was the dumbest mistake made by pressured sales tacts. Well, now that timeshared had foreclosed on deed, that the law firm really at this point could not assist me. Nevertheless, I sincerely believe this law firm is awesome and would recommend them even though I may not be able to solve this problem. Please contact them early, not like my situation. After checking out Mr. Finn with the BBB and attorney association, a decision was made to contact him. It was a great decision. Due to our circumstances, it was a slow process and sometimes frustrating to us. But, with patience on our part, an amicable agreement was reached between the timeshare company and us, thanks to Mr. Finn and his associates. We are no longer associated with the timeshare. We highly recommend this lawyer and his firm.
