Hired Mr Malhotra for simple estate for. I would not recommend him. If you have to use him, get a second opinion before you give him any money. He recommended two estates where the Judge stated only one was required this after I already paid for two. The second was denied by the judge. He didn't... even have the courtesy to let me know what happened. I had to contact the court myself to find out the disposition of the case. Then he would never take a call or reply to an e-mail. Complete lack of professionalism. I could have excused nearly anything, but to completely ghost me without any explanation or comment is inexcusable.

I spoke to Mr Malhotra by telephone and he was well spoken and helpful as to what sort of paperwork I needed. He seemed quite reputable I paid for a Ladybird deed June 10 and was given a 7-10 working day timeline. It is now July 5 and in spite of several emails requesting an update i have received NO... RESPONSE from Mr Malhotra I have explained I have a limited amount of time to do this STILL NO RESPONSE. I received one response when I contacted Cynthia Holly June 27 at his office and she replied that she would tell Cyrus to send my paperwork ASAP .July 5th now and still no paperwork and no response. I requested a refund and still no reply. DO NO HIRE HIM IF YOU ACTUALLY NEED WORK DONE.

He explained to me how a formal administration in... my situation was not necessary, and he was able to complete the probate for less than half of what other attorneys wanted, and everything played out exactly as he said it would. I can't say enough good things about the Malhotra Law Firm. They literally came to my rescue after a family member passed. As executor of the trust, I was falsely informed, following his passing, by the agency who prepared his trust, that everything was subject to probate and they wanted to charge an... astronomical amount in fees. Mr. Malhotra informed me that none of the assets were subject to probate! He spent a fair amount of time with me and did this through the consultation. His honesty saved the estate tens of thousands of dollars. Had I needed to probate any portion of the trust, using the Malhotra firm would have cost us a small fraction of what the unscrupulous firm would have charged. It was a total set-up that I think a lot of families and seniors fall for. Mr. Malhotra and his firm saved us from these unethical estate planners. I strongly encourage anyone who needs to plan their estate/trust or finds themselves in a position to probate an estate to use this firm!
