I had a very tricky time sharing / custody case In June 2016. We were blindsided in court when the judge allowed evidence from 2009. We were unprepared to rebut the evidence ( I had none of the information needed at the time of the hearing ) so i was found in contempt of court. Paul said that was not... accurate what the judge did and said we are going to ask the Judge to reconsider his decision. We had a hearing on December 7th 2016 for the reconsideration and the Judge granted us the hearing. The hearing was set for January 30th 2017. Paul Phipps so so prepared to present my case and fight for my justice there would be no way we would lose. I am happy to say the Judge vacated his contempt of court charge against me. If Paul was not so persistent I could only imagine where I would be today with my son. Great job Paul.
