Highly recommend!!!

Mr. Cabassa is awesome at what he do. He was super supportive to me when i was vulnerable with an employer and embraced the situation and took care of it. It was such a long process, and he guided me through it. He was always available to answer any questions i had, and informed me with anythin...g that was going on. His office staff are very professional and nice, always returned my emails etc. I am very statisfied with the outcome of my case, and will definitely work with him in the future if need be. Highly recommend him if anyone have a legal issue with their employer, etc.

Tony is an exceptional Attorney who is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as an expert in labor and employment law. Tony is professional, ethica...l, and he was VERY aggressive in litigating my case! Waited 5 months after signing contract with them to notify me that they don't practice in my state

I was accepted as a client for a discrimination case against a former employer and signed the contract with them in May. I never filed a complaint with the EEOC because I ignorantly assumed that my attorney would be handling that for me. They waited until October, one month past the deadline to file ...with the EEOC, to notify me that they were dropping me as a client because they aren't licensed to practice in the state that I live in. Absolutely unacceptable!
