Talented Negotiator

Darryl Kogan is a superb personal injury attorney. He is not afraid to challenge insurance companies who fail to make fair offers, and has actual courtroom and trial experience which many other personal injury attorneys lack. Best attorney in South Florida

I hired attorney Kogan for an injury I sustained while at a park with my son. I was hoping to have my medical bills paid for by the city, and Mr. Kogan completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve used this firm in the past and I will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended.

Kogan and Disalvo get results.

I was rear ended early this year. I could see that the driver was going to hit me while I was stopped at a red light. The person had no insurance. Kogan and Disalvo handled my case swiftly and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Kogan and Disalvo.

Pip case

I was recently in a car accident and was referred to Kogan & DiSalvo by my doctor. They were extremely attentive towards my best interests and did everything they could to retain the best possible outcome for me. They followed through with every aspect of my case, explaining everything along the way.... The office staff was also very helpful with anything I needed. They were extremely capable, knowlegable, and HONEST, as well as realistic. I highly recommend this firm for any legal issues.
