Fantastic service

Natalie was a consummate professional, providing a powerful and effective response to the less than open/revealing sales techniques exhibited by the timeshare company. She did all she said she would do leading to successful removal of our timeshare burden. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Professional and Efficient

In June 2017, I began the process of researching information in canceling my timeshare. I was referred to Natalie's Boukzam's legal offices and she began the process of representing me in canceling my timeshare against the resort I was affiliated with for several years, yet was unhappy after realizi...ng the money I was spending and not benefiting from the purchase. During the process, Natalie was professional and always kept me informed of the process whenever I had a question or concern. DONE!

I was drowning with a monthly payment/maintenance fee for a timeshare I didn't use after my divorce. Once I decided to proceed, Natalie was referred to me. It was a painless process and she kept me informed til the end. Thank you!

Took a burden off our shoulders

Natalie was informative, explained the process, what and when she would do, and did it! She got us out of a timeshare agreement that we bought and from day one had buyer's remorse. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to timeshare sales trickery and kept us updated us throughout the entire proc...ess. She's the best!

job well done

i asked Natalie to get me out of my timeshare. first and foremost, she did exactly what she promised. but more importantly, she was helpful and walked us thru each step along the way. i got the feeling she really cared. she is more than an attorney, she has become our friend.
