An Excellent Law firm!

I was approached by email by this firm when I solicited assistance to cancel a contract with the time share company Westgate, Natalie took the case and from the beginning to the end was extremely professional, she took the time to explain to me the procedure, the time it would take to finalize the pr...ocess, at all times she maintained me inform of the progress and asked for additional documents when needed. It has really been a pleasure to conduct business with her and the firm she represents, finally she delivered what she assure me she would do, everything she did was guaranteed by her firm. I will recommend her firm and Natalie to everyone that should need legal assistance at any time.

Fantastic service

Natalie was a consummate professional, providing a powerful and effective response to the less than open/revealing sales techniques exhibited by the timeshare company. She did all she said she would do leading to successful removal of our timeshare burden. We would hire her again in a heartbeat.

client

We were especially impressed with Natalie's calm reassuring manner. The occasional encouragement to give the process plenty of time was very helpful. The outcome was exactly as we had hoped and we intend to recommend Ms. Boukzam to anyone else who has similar problems with timeshare companies.

"Time-Share" burden lifted

The time share we bought into proved to be more burden than pleasure. The general partner sold out to a new owner and the club house and other amenities that were to have been added, but not yet built, suddenly not to be part of our ownership package; unless, we "upgraded " to a more expensive packag...e being offered by the new managing partner. What we were to have had could be in our future again for just a little more money! The maintenance and overhead fees did increase as construction costs, maintenance repairs and owners failing to cover their share of the same costs rose so did our yearly bill. The deeded rights and cash paid in provided no equity so we could not sell or transfer our interests in the time share. What we did find to be shared were our ongoing fees which would accrue to our heirs and assigns in perpetutuity! We could not even die to escape this obligation...which was not made clear to us as we entered the agreement. It feels great to be out of this "legal trap."

Time Share Relief

Retired, my husband and I bought into a time share. Having never used it due to my husband developing Alzheimer’s, the resort company would not cancel our membership. Ms Boukzam persisted with the request for cancellation of membership and accrued debt based on fraudulent sales tactics/hard ship.
