Financial stress

Case settled

Natalie is awesome! Settled a case for my wife and I on a timeshare we purchased, charging us crazy prices for maintenance fees. Natalie stepped up and took my case. She had it settled in a few months. We were very surprised she was able to settle it so fast. Thank you so much

Timeshare Cancellation

I hired Natalie to assist me in cancelling a timeshare contract. I had a great experience with the services she provided. Natalie was very explicit in the process and the instructions I had to follow to be successful. She handled all in a timely manner and keeped me informed of the steps she was taki...ng and provided me copies of all the communications she sent to the timeshare company. I was very concerned of the impact the process would have on my credit score, but she provided me guidance and inform me on how I would be protected in that area. She contacted the credit bureaus to avoid that the process affected my credit score and provided me with copies of all communications sent to the bureaus and the timeshare company. In 3 months the timeshare company accepted to cancel the contract. I am very grateful for having Natalie help me correct the worst financial desicion I have made; getting a timeshare!

Timeshare dispute

She was able to reach a settlement with our timeshare contract. Very professional and personal always stayed in touch with us either by phone or email. Would recommend her highly.
