Natalie is an Attorney that tells you straight on what she can do for you and what she cannot do for you. She and her assistant were always keeping us informed on what was being done and what was being told to them from the timeshare company, Capital Resorts. We were told up front that this was goin...g to take awhile, but be patient and she would get the job done for us. She is an Attorney that works very hard for you to get the job done that you are asking of her. She is very respectful to your frustrations and is able to help you through those frustrations.
